Source policy

A Source is an entry in the evidence registry. A SourceAccount is where a person speaks. They are different records even when they share a domain.

Evidence policies are PREFERRED, ALLOWED, CORROBORATION_ONLY, LEADS_ONLY, and EXCLUDED. Unreviewed sources default to leads-only and cannot establish a verdict as evidence.

There is no numeric trust score. Source roles such as evidence, background, or lead are judged when a source is used, not stored as a permanent field on the source.

Citation chains that only launder one weak item cannot establish a verdict.
